Conditions of use for booking a villa differ significantly from booking a conventional hotel room. Please carefully read the following Terms & Conditions.
OCCUPANCY
The maximum number of people who can stay at the property is specified in the booking confirmation. Management must authorize any additional guests. The property management maintains the right to refuse any booking that it believes is inappropriate for the property in question.
PAYMENT
All rates are in IDR and are subject to change without notice. A 50% deposit of the rental amount must be received within three (3) business days of the booking confirmation and issuance of the proforma invoice, and the balance payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a confirmed booking is canceled, the guest must send a written cancellation notice to
reservation@inspiracollection.com. INSPIRA Villas will acknowledge all cancellation notices sent in writing. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly advised for the guest and all members of the guest's party.
EVENT AND PARTIES
Normal reservations are for vacation purposes, and additional approvals are required for functions when the number of people in attendance exceeds the villa's capacity.
DAMAGE AND LOSSES
The guest is responsible for leaving the property in excellent shape and clean. The guest also agrees to pay for any damages or losses suffered during the occupation. If the guest or a member of the guest's party causes substantial damage, the villa maintains the right to confiscate the property.
CONDUCT AND DUE CARE
Gambling, prostitution, illegal narcotics, the possession or use of pyrotechnics or dangerous items, and the possession or use of firearms and other weapons are all strongly prohibited.
VALUABLES AND SECURITY
Any valuables or personal goods left at the property are entirely at the risk of the guest. We assume no responsibility for guests' valuables or personal property loss or damage.

INSPIRA Villas accepts no responsibility or liability for any physical injury, sickness, death, loss, damage, inconvenience, or additional expenses incurred by the guest, their party, or visitors, regardless of the cause; the guests' or their invitees' personal belongings, vehicles, and their contents during the rental period of the property.
